My experience with this place was different than I have ever encountered. My brake light came on and the car would not move. The switch needed to be replaced. So, I had it towed there. Joe, the mechanic got the info, ordered the part, and either he or his buddy fixed the switch. Joe told me that it took about 10 minutes to fix the switch and 1 1/2 hour because he lost a tool in my car. That was just an excuse to go through my car. Yes, my car is messy which is none of his business. Things that were in the front seat in the passenger seat were tossed into the back seat. NONE OF MY PERSONAL ITEMS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOUCHED OR MOVED!!!! I was then informed that Joe's buddy informed me to clean out my car. THAT WAS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS. Do I live in my car? No, I live out of my car. I have traveled 45,000 miles in 1 1/2 year. I did not mean for Joe's buddy to work on my car. Go elsewhere!!!!! I should have known after Joe fell over his own 2 feet in front of the tow truck, he is a moran.
JWP Auto Care Center has been working on our fleet since we opened and has done a fantastic job on our vans. They have a good maintenance program for our vans and Joe sends me messages on when I need to start sending in our vans. Good work Joe and team KEEP IT UP!!!!!!
