GREAT PLACE

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! I heard about this place from Groupon. I needed to get my rear pads changed and seen a great discount that included labor. So I figured why not? I called first to ask questions and Teresa answered the phone. She was INCREDIBLY helpful and very bubbly on the phone. I told her about the noise that was coming from my rear wheel, she recommend I didn't buy the groupon yet before they inspected because I may not needed. That is when I knew I was in the right hands as far as integrity. I decided to set an appointment for 3pm, but ended up showing up at 130pm. I walked into a nice set up spoke with Teresa and Mark about my vehicle and they decided to serve me right then, which was GREAT! Even though I said I wanted my rear pads changed Mark decided to check both front and back and other things that could be wrong with the car. He discovered that my wheel bearing was very loose and my wheel was about to fall off. Of course this was very bad news for me, seeing as how I'm very low on money. He even recommend that I hold off on the break pads because there was still at least a week left on them. He said that he cared about my safety over anything else and that the wheel bearing was priority! To make a long story short I decided to get both services, wheel bearing replacement and rear break pad replacement. I also got an estimate on some prior body damage to the side of my vehicle which turned out to be extremely cheap and smart. Mark and Teresa are very knowledgeable and reasonable and care more about your overall safety than making a quick buck! I will definitely be back and I recommend this business to anyone looking for integrity and great work on their vehicle!
