I hate this place so much. They have had to refund me over $2500 worth of water pumps alone cause they couldn't figure out how to fix it properly. I've been going here for over 2 years and they keep replacing my pumps without fixing the underlying problem. I had to take my Toyota to Toyota for them to do it right. They once put on new brake calipers for me and one fell off on the way home and started grinding and smoking, then they sent a tow truck for me and left me stranded to find my own way home. Joe stuck on some really cheap calipers that have since rusted completely over and the ABS sensors keep going out now. I started going to McNeils Auto Care, and so far they have been a miracle by comparison.
