Displeased with lack of customer service from the owner Joseph Christman. In the process of cutting my trees, Mr. Christman's workers pulled down my neighbor's internet cable, as well as mine. When I discovered what happened I spoke to the workers who said they were not sure what the line was for & hoped it wasn't actually for anything. I informed Mr. Christman of the matter, his response was he couldn't send his guys to put the line back up because they were done working for the week, but suggested I contact my internet service provider. I went three days without my already paid for service, had to wait on hold with my service provider, and left work early to meet with them. After explaining this, Mr. Christman did not offer to compensate me in any way for my loss of time or money. When I pointed out he had taken no ownership & had not even apologized, he mockingly apologized. Furthermore, they left the job half done & although they promise to return to finish it, it is yet another inconvinience & delay. I do not recommend West Coast Tree Company to anyone due to their half completed work, inexperienced workers, zero customer service, and primarily because the owner takes no responsibility for the errors of his employees.
