A few years ago, they replaced the motor in my son’s car. Roughly two months later, there was an issue with the motor they installed, and I ended up being charged another $2,000 to repair it.
More recently, they replaced the radiator in my wife’s 2020 Blazer. The cost was just under $4,000 for a brand-new OEM radiator. Fast forward two years, just outside of the manufacturer warranty, and the radiator seals are now bad. The vehicle has only been driven a little over 11,000 miles since that radiator was installed. Instead of standing behind the part or the work, they told me I would need to pay for the labor to replace it again, which would cost an additional $1,200. On top of that, they charged me $96 just to diagnose the issue.
This is now the second major situation like this within a five-year span. Because of that, I will no longer be using Jordan’s Auto Clinic. I would caution others before using them for major repairs. Based on my experience, they do not stand behind the products they install, they do not stand behind their work, and they do not stand behind long-term customers.
