Went to Jones twice for my 17' Nissan Titan. First time was to get warranty work done on three items that went bad, one being the tailgate soft open mechanism. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told it would be close to a 2 hour repair and I could wait. When I arrived and went over my issues with the truck, the service advisor Dan blamed me for the tailgate failure despite there being no damage to the tailgate AT ALL. After being blamed for the issue, the highly combative with a very horrible demeanor service advisor & I got into a verbal altercation in the garage bay. Needless to say, I left without getting work done. Went back to get an oil leak covered under warranty, or at least a Goodwill warranty due to mileage and year. After 2 hour wait to decide, they said it would not be covered due to "lack of service history with Jones". They offered to do the work since they had the part in stock but I said no. I will never use Jones Nissan service for anything nor give them any of my money.
