I was disappointed that my wiper blades were torn and would not pass inspection. when I got home and checked they were only purchased six weeks before my inspection. I was told my cabin filter needed replace that it was dirty. when I took a look I found its a carbon filter and when comparing it to a new one it was little different in appearance. my wife's car was serviced at the time without any issues. I now feel it's a matter of which Tec services your car.
