Searched on Yelp and came across John's Straightline Auto Repair. I called a few other places then called John's. One thing I noticed was attention and after questioning the rep about services John came to the phone to help assist me with questions. Both impressed me since most companies owners are always too busy for the customer service. John's explained the service suggested, and then I made an appt. They kept on schedule, provided info on service, and made be feel my business was appreciated. Only thing I question is the price as my receipt had the service and price but wasn't broken down into labor vs price per hour(s) ( 4-5 stars reason). Although, I am happy with the service and likely will return for more service, please broke down receipts for better knowledge for the customer.
