John was recommended to me by AAA Premier as their preferred service provider. I’m new to the area and didn’t have an established mechanic here yet. I do now! John was amazing! He called me within a couple hours of my vehicle being towed to him to tell me what was wrong and had the estimate ready for me. My car was completed within 24 hrs of arriving at John’s Auto and for not a penny over the estimate I approved! John called when he said he would, is professional, friendly and very thorough. I’m beyond pleased in my dealings with him and will be using him for all of our vehicles going forward.
