I'm currently driving an older beat up car that I 'm desperately trying to milk as much time out of before trading it in for something newer. The suspension on my vehicle has been going out slowly. The team at John's actually found out that the spring was beginning to rub on my tire, making the vehicle very dangerous to drive. I cringe to think of what might have happened if they hadn't have found that and I would have been riding around with my son in the car. They took the time to actually show me the issue in person and worked with me to find the right solution that would make the vehicle safe to drive again without costing me an arm and a leg. Very happy with my service at John's once again. They've got a customer for life.
