Trustworthy family business with superb customer service
I used John's Automotive services once, and I am very pleased with it. It is a family run business with customer service above expectations.
My car was making an intermittent noise. The day that I was able to reproduce the noise, they took me in without an appointment, and I got my car back on the same afternoon.
It turned out that there were two sources of the noise, and in such a short time they were able to discover only one. Nonetheless, when I returned to fix the other source of the noise, they adjusted the price as a consideration for the inconvenience of having to take my car back.
They also performed a complementary overall inspection as standard practice, and advised me on a couple of other issues that needed attention which I was not aware of. Their advise felt genuine, and a no point they seemed pushy or trying to sell unnecessary services.
In summary: honest, great customer service, knowledgeable. I foresee going back to them for a long time to come.
