This is the BEST experience I have ever had with an auto shop in my 60 years of driving. They were really life savers!
I was visiting my daughter in Boulder and accidentally hit a curb. While my car was still drivable the incident dislocated a shield behind my bumper. I had to return to my home in Minnesota the next day and feared that the damage would intensify on the 900+ mile trip. I found John's on the internet and called on Monday morning. Henry told me to bring my car in that afternoon and they would see if they could do a temporary fix. I arrived at 1 p.m. and they took my car in right away. A half hour later I drove away with a patch job that allowed me to make the drive home the next day. AND, John's did not charge me a penny. WOW! Thank you, thank you John's Auto Care!
