John, thank you for the excellent service you and your mechanics provided when serving my GMC dually. Little did we know that I had a cracked rotor. I contributed the truck pulling to be out of alignment but you quickly detected it to be a more serious problem. I appreciate you being upfront and explaining the issues my truck was having. When I left it seemed as if I were driving a different vehicle. I greatly appreciate your teams expertise but most of all your courteousness. We ladies greatly appreciate your attitude
