This is my first time using John Beck’s Auto Body and Repair for an annual inspection. I made the appointment online and received confirmation of date and time I selected for the next morning. Service was fast, the receptionist was polite, and the mechanic was respectful and efficient. No upsell, no fear tactics, and no list of additional repairs for future visits. I highly recommend John Becks for Auto Body work, routine car repairs and maintenance.
