I recently had my vehicle serviced at Johnny’s and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience, from the beginning to the end, taking the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and ensure everything was running smoothly. Not only was the repair done efficiently, but they also took the time to explain what was wrong and how they fixed it. The customer service was top-notch, and the pricing was fair. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repairs!

Pretty amazed
Walt was very friendly on the phone. After diagnosis he informed me of the issue promptly. The estimate was fair and my car was ready faster than I expected. I was referred to Johnny's by AAA. My van is running well. I used to take my van to a nearby shop, but I'll be going to Johnny's now for service!

My brakes had been grinding for 2 days. On the second day, I called Johnny's. They were available the next morning and said they could fix my brakes with same-day service.

Sure enough, they were available and they fixed my brakes with same-day service. Availability, check. Honesty, check.

They fixed my car within a reasonable time, ahead of their promised time. Productive, check.

They gave me an estimate within 30-40 minutes and it was just about what I would expect (thanks, RepairPal). Cost-effective, check.

Now, if you're looking for a place to work remotely while you get repairs done and that's a deal breaker, this is not your place. But it is right at the MARC, so you can hop on and get somewhere fast.

Also, I haven't driven with the new brakes more than 20 miles yet so I can't speak to that yet. But they're honest and give a great warranty, so I'm not worried about it.

Y'all know some shops will flat out lie or waste your time, right along with your money. So when you find a place that's the opposite, you take the time to give them a good review. ;)
