Overall, the shop is making things right. That being said, the vehicle was returned with additional damage. (Note to others: ALWAYS video or extensively photograph your vehicle when sending in for repairs, no matter which shop you are using!) The damage is what I would consider “minor,” but they cannot correct it, only an outside vendor can. An additional hassle, for sure.
