I've been taking my vehicles to John Jay for years and I've always been very happy with their service.
I've always been very pleased with the repair work and maintenance work that John Jay has done for me over the years. I'm in the car business myself for close to sixty years and this is definitely one of the finest independently owned small business repair facilities that I've ever known. Mike, the main service writer does an excellent job in every way to explain what the techs have observed and the least expensive, most cost effective way to repair the vehicle. Whenever I recommend this shop to someone (which I do quite frequently) they've always let me know how happy they were with the service they received.
