NEVER AGAIN!!
I decided to give this shop a second, well technically third chance. When I first came here a few months ago, I had to stand up for myself against the owner who constantly talks over you when you're attempting to explain your issue.

The young man at the front desk would be my next complaint from that initial visit. Someone needs to tell him if he is going to talk to others in his earbud, then politely let the customer in front of him know that he is on the phone—not let them have a whole conversation with him and then have him say, "Oh, I'm on the phone."

I came back because everything seemed resolved and the owner gave a slight remedy to the blatant lack of customer service before. The second time I came back, I needed brakes, or so I thought. I was informed that it would be brakes and rotors. There was another mix-up, but this time the owner thought I said to start the work on the vehicle. I didn't, and had to stop him from continuing as I needed to wait to have the funds for the repair.

After returning and getting them done, I noticed that I didn't feel a huge difference in the stopping power. I had to literally stomp all the way down to get the vehicle to stop. I informed the shop's owner of this as they give warranties for all services.

I couldn't bring it the day I spoke to him. So I called another day and spoke to the front desk person again. He was having a side conversation while talking to me and told me he was on the phone. I didn't say anything but that I'll just call back, because I explained the situation to him and he wanted me to leave my car there overnight simply to get the brakes checked after they didn't fix them correctly. I informed him on the call that wasn't possible as I needed to get to work.

When I did make it back, as I hoped to not deal with his unprofessionalism again, I met with that same unprofessionalism again but from the owner. He informed me that the car was braking correctly to them. Under the warranty, I thought that any issues would be resolved. They didn't try to fix it. I let it go because they made me feel as if it was in my head.

Fast forward to today, where I was initially coming to get a simple hose fixed, which turned into a 4-hour ordeal and 3 different parts later. As I sat there, the same young man mentioned came back to me twice to inform me of other parts that were "broken" and couldn't be put back on. So I conceded because I need my vehicle to get to work, as I've had to spend an exorbitant amount of money to get there this week. During this process, I wasn't informed of any wait times, and when I did get a chance to ask, he simply said, "Oh, he's working on it."

After I paid—because I did pay, as I don't believe in non-payment for services rendered—I looked under the hood noticing some irregularities. I went back in to ask about it and everything went even more sour. I got talked over again and had to re-explain multiple times how the last issue wasn't fixed, and the things that were "fixed" today didn't look like it to me.

Overall, it's very disheartening to have this experience as I had to spend everything I had, including using other measures, just to ensure that they received payment only to have them treat me like this AGAIN. Today the young man at the desk did his usual earbuds-in-his-ears while you're talking to him thing, the owner acted confused talking over me again, and overall I'm still not satisfied. I think the dense population of Houston has mechanic shops thinking that one disgruntled customer won't impede their business, and I think that's a sad way to think.

I wish I was treated better, but instead I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else. I don't know who to trust now, and I'm just a single woman. Maybe that's why they took advantage of me. I will never be back, even with the warranty on their parts, and because of several concerns not being addressed, I may pursue other avenues to remedy the issue on my own. Consumer complaints are real and customer service is as well. DO BETTER!

Ms.Williams,
Your brake pads were changed back on 04/02/26, and still under warranty. Upon checking the car when you were in our shop on 07/17/26, for another repair issue that is not related to the brake pads, we inspected the brake pads and were in good shape. As we stated, your brake pads are still under warranty and you are welcome to bring it back to be re-inspected. Best regards.
