Purchased a “Joe Cooper Certified” Cadillac suv. The “certification” is described as “a multipoint inspection performed by our expert team right here in our service center. We check items such as tire tread depth, engine performance, battery life”, etc. “Certification” comes with a 3 month “limited” warranty. Less than a week later and I have to buy an almost $300 battery. Batteries, though allegedly part of the rigorous inspection process, are not covered for even a week. They also try to sell you a $7k extended warranty through a company also owned by Joe Cooper, and charge $695 doc fees, among other shenanigans.
