I was given a quote, three days later after a loan was already apporved for the repair they tacked on another 500 dollars because they incorrectly assesed the cars issue. My vehicle was due to be returned the next day, then another problem out of the blue pushed it back one more day, then one more and another. 9 days later I recieved my car after what was supposed to be 3 days. During this time I was never updated on the situation I had to call at the end of each day ,no apologies for the misquote were offered.
