04-05-2022: Took delivery of the 2021 Sonata.
05-25-2022: Cannot contact anyone of HELP by phone. Visit to JN Hyundai dealership (airport area) to discuss lack of License Plates to date. Manager promises to follow up on this problem, after I showed him the paper Certificate of Ownership, but Still No Metal License Plates. He updated the PAPER plates to reflect NEW ExpDt of 08-31.
07-08-2022: CANNOT Contact JN Hyundai at all!!! They have either been No-longer-in-business, or they have been bought-out/sold/acquired/etc...
07-10-2022: Decided to visit the DMV and Pickup the License Plates myself. NO PROBLEM... took me half an hour to get a brand new set of License Plates.
07-14-2022: Took plates to TONY HYUNDAI to install. Waited 3 hours, they ONLY could install the REAR License plates, because the FRONT plates require a Mounting-Bracket (supposedly provided by the Dealer (JN in this case)). Anyways,,,, I have to pay to get my Plates Installed Properly... Even though I already have PrePaid this fee to JN HYUNDAI (included in TOTAL Price) BTW... FRONT Mounting Plates Bracket is Back-Ordered. Still no LEGAL Plates on my car as I Type this review.
BOTTOM-LINE: Do NOT Do Business with this or whomever TOOK OVER JN... They Do NOT give a HOOT!!!

1) they markup the MSRP so the car is overvalued...
2) they totally ignore you after the sale has been completed
3) WORST Buying experience that I ever have had in my lifetime. Would have waited longer if my Old Car was not 21 years old with 200 thousand and something miles.
