I needed an alignment after replacing my steering rack. It's a busy time of year for everyone, so in the end my car wasn't completed till the morning after originally projected on account of the computer system also being down all that morning. That said, the scheduler was very apologetic about the situation, even though it was out of his control.
The car is running down the road with no issues, and I'm grateful for the quality service.
