The tires are so old that they have to be replaced the brakes need replacing( only got the automobile in march) the all wheel drive keeps cutting off. But instead of fixing problems. Jimmies auto outlet wants us to pay. I'm extremely unsaticfied an will be contacting the better business buero

Mr Gennodie came in at the end of February 2013 and need a car and help with financing. We were able to help him get financing to buy the car he wanted. He came back at the end of March 2013 and had a problem with the speedometer and heater fan. We repaired both problems at no cost to Mr. Gennodie. The next time he came in was on July 9th. He came in with the spare tire on the car and a right rear tire off the car that went flat. That tire was shredded. looked like owner drove on the flat tire. Owner asked if the tires were covered under the warranty he had on the car. we told him tires were not covered. He had put over 10,000 miles on the car since he brought the car from us. He never said anything about brakes to us at that time , it may be possible the truck needed brakes after putting 10,000 miles on it in a in 4 months. A all wheel drive SUV needs to have the tires rotated every oil change to get the most out of the tires. Mr. Gennodie should have had the tires rotated 2 times with in the 10,000 miles he had driven the car. He did not have that done here. If he did have the tires rotated whoever rotated the tires would have told him if there was a tire problem or if the car needed brakes. We stand behind everything we sell but do not replace tires and brakes after 10,000 miles are put on a car unless they were put on new at time of sales and there is a problem. We did offer him a discount on the tires but had someone he wanted to put the tires on the car.
