We blew a transmission on Interstate 64 on a Friday afternoon over 100 miles from home...Yikes! Through an unusual series of events, we ended up at Jim & Scott's. Actually we were referred to them by a guy at the Jasper warehouse not far from there. I knew the minute we walked through Jim's office door that this was the kind of place you hope you will find to do your repairs. The people there were friendly, honest, and promised to check our vehicle as soon as they were able (which they did). We knew we were leaving our truck in good hands. Turns out we needed a new/reman transmission, which they installed in a timely manner. The prices were fair, the quality of work excellent. Thanks again
