The bad news I got when I took my car in for starting problems was that the battery was bad! Also, my terminals were very corroded. They said I had a Duralast battery and suggested that if I took it back to the store where I bought it they might cover it under the warranty. I did as suggested and did get a new replacement battery under the warranty! So my only cost was for fixing the terminal connectors, and no charge for a new battery from them! They could easily have taken advantage of the situation and tried to sell me a new battery and ignore the possibility of a warranty on my old battery... and they did not!!!! Awesome service, competence, friendliness, and pricing!
