Absolutely terrible!
Called on a Monday and made an actual appointment for that Wednesday for them to look at my truck. Tried calling all week and into the weekend and even stopped by there, nobody was there and no one answered the phone or responded to the voicemails I left. I can't even get my truck back from them for someone else to work on it. Their hours say they are open when they are not. Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. Would NEVER come back again.

Had my van a year
They had my van a year for a motor swap. They decided to take a saw to my new motor that I had found and brought to them and then told me it wasn't going to work. They lost the registration and booklet that went to the van. They were very rude everytime I stopped in there to check on my van because they never answered the phone when I would call nor would they returned my messages I would leave. They almost let some stranger steal the van. They shoved a screw driver through the Radiator hose that was in the van. They took parts off of my van that they shouldn't have even been around. He refused to give me the new motor back after call 6 hrs before hand to inform then I was picking up my van and motor. He raised his voice at me because he couldn't get to it at the time I arrived for it. All around bad place they had the same vehicles out front the entire year my van was there. When I would show up they would yell customers put that out, makes me wonder if it is some sort of illegal drug front operations

Very bad experience
very bad experience. They do not take charge of the guarantee that they give us to the clients. I have lost 1500 dollars and my van is stopped. I do not recommend it.

Great service !!
The team at Jessie’s auto repair did a fantastic job at repairing/replacing my trailing arm and wheel bearing. I feel like I trust them with what they tell me needs done. Robert who works there is incredibly nice, friendly, and knowledgeable!! He showed me things in person what needs done to my car and why. I will definitely be going back to Jessie’s auto for any further maintenance my car needs !

Robert worked on my honda and he did an amazing job showing me what needs to be replaced very precise and thurought with his work rate wasnt bad at all either definetly going back to him

Very professional
Robert was amazing! He was very thorough with evaluating the issue with my car and ran several tests to ensure he knew exactly what was wrong. He had my vehicle up and running the next day. He did NOT try to sell me on other services that are not needed right now but did give me advice and recommendations for the near future. Thank you so much for everything Robert!!!!

Tucker said the employee looked at his vehicle, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it, he felt he made the right decisions based on what he was seeing, and he was very engaged. He added it was really nice to have a visual representation of what it was he was talking about. He actually showed him what was going on.

Bud said he was very pleased with Robert. He's very knowledgeable, an expert, personable and he tries to always help him out. He stated that often times it's more with motor repairs and the auxiliary equipment. He knows how to be a mechanic and how to manage a business and deal with customers in an honest and sincere way. He added that the thoroughness is magnified with this facility as well.
