Know their stuff. Fair and honest.

We have gone to Jerry’s for ten years, and my parents many years before that. Today while I was waiting for an oil change, two different people came in with questions about their car. Jason spent over an hour, even riding with them to see if he could hear the noise himself. No noise, but he gave them a couple options what it might be. There wasn’t really a fix. Long story short, they came because of high recommendations from their park and will be back. Jason didn’t make a dime, but it will bring them and others to his business.
