We advised the customer that we would need to start with replacing the key fob battery to see if we could gain communication to disarm the security system. The customer approved of replacing the key fob battery. After we replaced the fob battery, the security system still wouldn't reset. We advised the customer that her aftermarket alarm system was tied into the starting system, so we would have to remove the aftermarket system and rewire. The customer declined repairs.
As for the gentleman who stood on the corner for weeks, we were taken to court due to the claims of us ripping him off. However, his case was thrown out in court.
