The best car buying experience I've ever had!
I had a rough time at another Hyundai dealer closer to my home, so I called Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala and was put in touch with Jon Townsend. He was newer, but a pro at getting me the exact vehicle I wanted with no extras or add-ons being sold or stuck on and being forced to pay for, and was able to get me tint added on plus some other things that would normally be additional fees included! He followed up on every request, including my ask that I not pick up the vehicle over 2 weeks after its purchase due to business travel and vacations that were already in the works (and having to get the exact car I wanted delivered from another dealer). Although Jon said he was new, he acted like an experienced veteran, and I really made the whole experience a joy. As I told Jeremy the sales manager personally, when my wife needs a new vehicle, we will be back to Jenkins.
