Horrible Experience
DO NOT BUY A HYUNDAI, ESPECIALLY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They sold us a lemon and refuse to make it right. They have had our car for over 8 weeks and it’s still not fixed. They have made no effort to communicate with us. We have had to call them every time we have received any updates. We get a different story about what is going on each time we speak to them. Two weeks ago we were given the Hyundai buyback number from them and they refuse to have anyone call us back, also. So this week when we called to speak to the GM we were told just to come pick our car up even though it’s not fixed and the issue with the car is a huge safety concern as the screen goes black that gives the driver information such as MPH, etc. My husband spoke to the GM today and he completely blew him off. My husband is a disabled veteran with a special tag that we’ve done without for over 8 weeks now and they could care less. We’ve had to continue to make payments on the Santa Fe calligraphy hybrid while driving an SE gas and no offer for any compensation. We have now hired an attorney to settle the matter since this dealership doesn’t care about their customers even a disabled veteran!!
