Wouldn't stop harassing us to pay for add-ons. After we signed papers to refuse them, they added them on anyway. Then they did not give us copies of what we signed. Wrote an estimate, then attempted to hide it from us and refused to give us a copy. Did not honor said estimate by saying everything was just in a different place on the final
documents - everything was not included. Engaged in false advertising by listing an Internet coupon on the estimate, then claiming it did not exist - it is still on their web site. Harassed and preyed on my 76 yeat old husband's emotions. I am reporting these things to consumer protection, bbb, and possibly Wesh 2 news if they are interested. Will never buy a new car from anyone again. Horrible people!
