The sales manager, Zachary Purvis and finance manager David Lenkowski were so nice during the pre-purchase process. Both answered phone calls and emails very quickly. As soon as the purchase was over, both did not answer emails, texts or phone calls. Had to get Genesis corporate involved to obtain required certified preowned paperwork. They received their sales and money and did not want to followup with a new customer. Worst car buying experience.
