Daniel said he used this business in the past for an oil change and then he was going to do the next oil change himself, but this business had tightened the oil filter too tight and he couldn't get it off. He ended up having to have the vehicle towed to this business and they fixed it, but the labor was too high.

Hello Daniel. This is Jeff the shop owner. I got the filter off without any problem, even though you destroyed it. I charged you 39.00 to replace the filter, put oil in it, and verify the drain plug was tight, using your oil and filter. I'm sorry that you thought the labor was too high. How much do you think a 1/2 hr of our time is worth? Perhapse I should have paid you? I'm sorry. I just don't think we deserve for you to take the time to try to damage us by giving such a scathing review, for services you received, and for a price that seems very reasonable to me.
