I was not happy about the markup on my 2022 Palisade Calligraphy. They attempted to charge me an additional $5,000 but eventually settled on $3,500. Still ridiculous. They also told me that a Palisade was just purchased at another location with someone paying $15,000 over MSRP. I didn't believe them.
They also only gave me $1,000 for my 2008 Santa Fe that had low miles (130,000) with zero mechanical issues. Trade-in value should have been closer to $3,000 but they told me it was going straight to auction. I didn't believe them.
