Oil Change
Sent my son to JDM for an oil change on his '17 Accord. Also, had a loose splash guard under the engine. They did the oil change and replaced 2 fasteners for the splash guard. Only charged $5 for that repair.

Emission problem
Dropped off vehicle, they let me know what the issue was. Had to leave car overnight. Was done early next morning. Have had other work done there
No issues. Quality work!

Service was good as always, additional charges for credit card payment not appreciated.
No issues with service. However, they should inform the customers during booking appointments about the additional charges for credit card payments. 3% is significant and it’s not appreciable to find out at the time of making the payment.

Sorry for the additional fee for using credit card for payment.  We try to keep our prices down, but one of the big expenses of doing buisness is the credit card fees. These fees are what your credit card charges us to take your card.  We are just passing on those charges on to you instead.  The people paying with debit card or cash do not have to pay any of these fees. The Charge is written on the counter as you walk in, on the bulletin board, and a framed notification of the charge on the counter. And we tell you about the fee before we use your card for payment.  Keeping our service at a reasonable price is important to us.

Thermostat replaced
My family and I have been bringing cars to you for a few years now. I’d like to start by saying Patrick is awesome. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and just always provides great customer service. Your mechanics are top notch. Have had all types of work done on different cars and the work is always precision. Wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else to be fixed!!
