I moved from Washington state to Virginia- where I started to have starter troubles again after it was replaced 2 years ago from their previous owner of the shop; D who now runs the shop did not have to take time out of her day to talk me through my car troubles and help me understand. I wish I still lived in Washington just so I could see her!
Seriously, she is a very very good person as well as very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
