Honest mechanics!
These days its really hard to find people who are genuine and honest with a moderate price. Today is my 3rd time with Jay's Automotive. They found a lot of junk in my car. They simply could've just said, "hey we found some more labor we need to do because of such and such reasons." However, Rick and the guys who were working on my car, wanted me to see exactly what was wrong with my car and how dirty it was. They cared enough to show me. Rick even took pictures of it and sent the pics to me. Doing all of that was unnecessary and more than what I expected. I just felt safe with them and comfortable. They treated me with honesty and dignity. I spent 4 hours at their shop but the time went by fast; it may be due to the fact that Rick and the guys kept updating me throughout the time. I am more than thankful for their service, time, and effort for my car. They are honest and genuine people. They could've hustled me, being a young woman who is oblivious about cars. THANK YOU JAY'S AUTOMOTIVE! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!
