Stive said this facility did a good job on his vehicle and it's doing fine. They did tell him to pick up the vehicle at a certain time but when he got there, the doors were locked. This scared him and gave him a very uncomfortable feeling. He could not call anyone because there was no number to call. They were out to lunch and test driving vehicles.
