Speedy work on short notice
Why do I fill out these surveys so favorably? It's the great service, sure, but I hope these reviews don't bring in so many new people that it affects my next visit! This last trip to Japanese Connection was via tow truck and I was anxious to have my car fixed - on short notice of course. Japanese Connection mechanics had me in and out within the day. And they very kindly called to check up on the car a few days later. They tell me their long-term concerns about my car but there is no pressure to fix those problems "right now." That's why I trust them when something does need to be fixed sooner rather than later.
