Top notch service every time!

I have taken my Subaru to Japanese Connection twice now to get some minor service issues and maintenance items taken care. Each time Kraig has been very patient and helpful. He has listened, and worked with me, to ensure that all the issues I needed to be addressed would be taken care of. Each time the issues with my car have been resolved professionally by the mechanics. The prices are very reasonable - actually, less than what I had expected (shocking, i know!) There have been NO hidden surprises or inflated labor costs in the final bills. Kraig even went so far as to provide assistance in replacing a small part that was not available from the manufacturer, even after I had "supplied" the wrong part to him myself! This saved me considerable expense, many times what I have paid already in existing repairs. Japanese Connection is clearly a superior place to take your vehicle. The staff are polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They are very willing to work with you to meet your needs. They truly do care about customer service and making sure the you leave happy. I certainly now will be taking my wife's Lexus here next, to get some of it's nagging issues resolved. Thanks Japanese Connection - top notch service every time! "I'll be back!"
