Normally 5 *, but today is differnt.
I gave you a 4* only because of the price of checking the squeak in reverse. $49.50 seems high. I think that your techs have heard this common indicator before. Was the work for an hours work of backing up the car? I would have thought that the $49.50 would be in the brake job, not in the inspection. I do like the work you guys perform, just this time the price was a bit too much.
