Chris is so friendly and does what seems to be a great job in taking care of my car. I feel that he is trustworthy (as i know nothing about cars). He even had to do extra work clearing out the trunk in order to get to my rear struts as I had it packed with stuff—I felt so bad. But he said it was okay. Sorry Chris
