Cliente VerificadoWe are not over priced you own a 2020 Jaquar F-Pace Prestige these parts are only available through the Jaquar Dealership their is a process when you go through your extended warranty company your warranty wanted us to get the parts from ebay or amazon but we do not get parts from there because we have to give you a warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever comes first keep in mind your vehicle needs both front left side lower control arms an also the front left side inner tie rod, & the front left side outer tie rod plus bolts, nuts, washers & clips also remember I told you they declined both front left side lower control arms but they approved to replace the tie rods on the front let side the extended warranty company was only paying certain amount and you would be resoposible for the difference on the parts they approved but they declined to replace both front left side lower control arms they where not cover under your current contract you also you stated that you canceled your warranty and that they told you got because they told not cancel that you should just buy a different vehicle and to transfer your warranty policy to a different vehicle i explained everything to you step by step.
