JAKL rocks
Jake is the best mechanic I’ve ever had! We live 2 hrs away and have AAA just so if something happens to our car we can tow it to JAKL because there is no one I trust more to work on my car then Jake and his crew!

Great service. Good prices. Could get me in sooner than everyone else.
I appreciate that Jake not only did the job well and quickly but informed me that I needed two new rear tires and possible repairs in the future but my car was still safe to drive as long as I got new tires. Keeping me safely on the road and within budget is very much appreciated.

Trustworthy
Jake/JAKL has kept my older hardworking truck rolling for years. He backs up his work, failed parts under warranty are replaced, even as I don’t even know they’ve failed. I trust my work/play hard worn truck to no one else.

Awesome experience
Today I brought the truck in to have it checked out.

They took a good look at it, with multiple sets of eyes, ears, and hands on it.

Knowledgable and friendly people in there. Glad I came in. Very honest diagnosis and I was out before lunchtime.

I’ll bring it back for issues I cannot handle myself! Thanks guys and gals, for taking such good care of the truck! A+ all around

Jake and his team are awesome. He responded to my emergency text when my car died, diagnosed the issue remotely, and expertly fixed my car once it arrived at his shop. Very grateful for his aloha and expertise!

They delivered on time & kept their commitment.
The crew is very organized and everyone likes their work there. It’s unusual to see people that really do like to work together and he has women doing things that I would think mostly men do and even did extra thing that I asked him to do which was not on the scope of work. Yes, you pay top dollar but in the end when you need your vehicle back, it was worth it.
