After making an appointment for an engine light I was told, when I arrived, after rescheduling my entire day, that they would need the vehicle for 24-48 hours.
They refused a loaner in this situation. Our car is a purchase, less than six months on the road, and fewer than 2,300 miles.
The four employees who were in the bay when we pulled in ignored us for a while. No hello, no I'll be right with you, no welcome at all. It felt as though they were actively avoiding eye contact.
As I was removing the debris they put in my vehicle during our extremely short conversation the young man, who failed to assist us in any way, was rude AF.
I cannot speak to the efficacy of their repairs as they seem overwhelmed with Chevrolet mechanical issues. Possibly a sign of the manufacture's commitment to mediocrity.
I suggest you avoid this dealership, they have nearly zero understanding of customer service or even common courtesy.
