I had a strange noise in my Jeep that was on and off and hard to diagnose. Jacob took the time to figure it out as well as find out that another local shop I had been paying to do maintenance on my Jeep was in fact not doing it at all. He got it caught up on maintenance which ended up fixing my strange noise problem as well. Estimates for work are provided prior to completing any work and I have already scheduled another vehicle for service.
