Great integrity!
Our 2014 Ford Escape suddenly had the brake light on and a message saying that the brake fluid level was low right before the weekend, and when I got home we discovered that the brake fluid reservoir was empty and it looked like there was a leak near a rear wheel. We took it to Jackson's on Monday around noon, without an appointment, to ask them to look into this problem and repair it, and said that we were ok leaving the car with them for the week, given that we hadn't called them in advance. Early this morning they called us to let us know that the issue was a caliper that was leaking, and that this was something that they'd replaced just shy of 2 years ago, so it was under warranty and would be repaired at no charge. We didn't remember this repair from 2 years ago, but they had it in their records and did the work under warranty! Then they got the repair done by noon today. Great work and wonderful integrity to do the research to determine that this part was still under warranty.
