My son & his car were sent for a front end alignment because the engine cradle was replaced. Your tech said he couldn't do it because the front right ball joint was defective. ALL wearing parts were inspected before reassembly. I.E. the ball joint is not defective. I've worked with Daryl for many years & trust his opinion, but not your tech's. The tech cost you a sale. I come to your shop for the fair prices & quality work. Try fishing for work from another blonde, one who doesn't have a father that has been a mechanic for 40 years.

Dear Mr. Thompson,

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and the time spent here. Due to liabilty reasons, our mechanic pointed out to your son that the ball joint had some play in it and mentioned to him that it may be under warranty. He felt that by doing a Wheel Alignment at that time would of been a waste of money because it wouldn't have stayed aligned.
