Called for 4 Cooper tires first thing in the morning, was told they had to be ordered but should be delivered in the afternoon. At 1 pm I called and was told the tires were in, was able to schedule an appointment at 2:30 that day. When I arrived at 2:05 I was greeted with a smile and treated like a friend/neighbor although it was my first time at Jacks. 5 min. later my car was being worked on as I waited in a very comfortable chair talking with other customers. In less then 1 hr. the front end alignment had been checked and 4 new Cooper tires were installed. I could not be happier but it got better!! I was given a $70 rebate and told I had free tire rotation every 6000 miles. I traveled about 28 miles to deal with Jacks, paid a few dollars more then a closer business that I didn't feel comfortable with........... would I do it again? Would I recommend Jacks to friends/relatives? Yes and yes. I was very happy with the way I was treated, love the ride and feel of the Cooper tires and recommend you give Jacks a shot, I believe you will be pleased.
