I took my 2005 Chevy Colorado to Ricky for my synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I bought my tires from Jack's Tires last year. During the routine service, Mike was checking the brakes, alignment and doing his thorough check when he noticed there was some give and movement in the hub. If the hub breaks, the wheel falls off, PERIOD! My safety and my children's safety is very important to me. It could of happened at any time. It was an accident waiting to happen. NOT ANY MORE! I'm very happy and most of all, very thankful for honest, efficient and staff that represent Jack's Tire & Service.
